That’s right, Danny Philemon, our Parts Manager is our fourth key to success in meeting our customers’ wants and needs. Danny joined the T&L team in January of 1989 and has consistently worked to exceed our customers’ expectations for prompt, reliable information. Danny has over 14 years of experience in Laundry Parts.
Our Parts Department is trained to ask you the right questions to insure you get the RIGHT parts the FIRST TIME.
We maintain a large parts inventory, and as a result are able to offer same day shipping on over 90% of the orders we receive from our customers. Don’t pay expedited shipping charges to other Parts Departments, same day shipping on stock items is standard practice for us on all orders placed before 1 pm.
